The Facts:
Moss on Tuesday evening reached agreement on a four-year contract with the Giants. The four-year deal is worth $3.51 million and includes $1.91 million in guarantees. The Giants also included $100,000 in incentives, which isn't often done on a second-round contract.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The younger brother of Redskins receiver Santana Moss, Sincorice could be among the first-year players who make an immediate impact in the league. Despite his size (5-8, 185 pounds), Moss has big-play potential both as a receiver and return specialist, and his explosive quickness makes him a threat to score from anywhere on the field. As ESPN.com insider Len Pasquarelli noted, Moss had a very impressive spring and early indications are he'll open as the team's No. 3 receiver.
