The Denver Broncos have been in contact with the Bears about trading disgruntled wide receiver Ashley Lelie, who skipped the team's offseason program, including a mandatory mini-camp.

While it's safe to assume the Broncos would be interested in Thomas Jones, there's no reason to believe the Bears are ready to move the veteran running back. ... Lelie is not expected to report to camp before the Broncos' first practice Friday morning, which would subject him to hefty daily fines. The Denver Post reported the Broncos also have been in contact with Baltimore, New England, Philadelphia and San Francisco.
