The Facts:
Pinkston did not practice for the second day in a row with an Achilles tendon inflammation. Pinkston said he does not have a timetable for returning and that both of his tendons are sore. He said he may have overdone it in the rookie camp. "I'm just staying patient and taking it day by day," he said. "I think it's a lot more important to be healthy in September than it is in July."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
True enough. ... In the meantime, newcomer Jabar Gaffney is getting extra reps with the first team -- as is rookie Hank Baskett, acquired from the Vikings in a trade this spring. Overall, Reggie Brown looks like the top receiver at the moment, followed by a healthy Pinkston and Greg Lewis or Gaffney. Baskett likely will fight with Justin Jenkins, Darnerien McCants and other rookies for the final spots.
