The Facts:
When the Browns kicked off their first practice of the summer Wednesday, Winslow was taking part in it. Winslow is not expected to be limited in any way this summer, but the Browns will closely monitor the player who missed much of the past two seasons due to a fractured ankle and torn knee ligament.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
A Browns official told NFL Network insider Adam Schefter that the medical staff and Romeo Crennel will make a decision on Winslow's availability on a day-to-day basis. If the team feels the need to rest Winslow, it will. But now the indications are that it won't. The Browns will be in pads July 27 for two-a-day practices. According to Schefter, Winslow is likely to be right there with them.
