The Facts:
The New York Jets announced today that receiver Justin McCareins has been placed on the club’s physically unable to perform list. NFL rules allow teams to designate players as "Physically Unable to Perform." Once they are designated as such they are prohibited from practicing with the team. They can, however, rehabilitate and participate in team meetings.
