Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Maroney brings impressive credentials to the Pats. He rushed for 1,464 yards on 281 carries as a junior last year, scoring 11 touchdowns. He topped topped 200 yards three times. He also tore off runs of 93, 73 and 53 yards, proving he's got some big-play capabilities. And as the Herald recently suggested, following a season that lacked explosiveness, Maroney may just prove a revelation -- if he proves worthy working in rotation with veteran starter Corey Dillon and third-down specialist Kevin Faulk.
