The Facts:
Walker -- coming off a torn anterior cruciate ligament -- will be among a group of players practicing once a day. Mike Shanahan also said veteran tight end Stephen Alexander will take a practice off every few days.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As the Sporting News recently noted, Walker promised he wouldn't need a brace on his surgically-repaired right knee and kept his word at July mini-camp. He made a surprise return to individual drills and participated in team work against air. His plan was to use the three weeks to gain confidence making hard plants off his leg, with the goal of being full go for two-a-days. The guess here is Shanahan's history of bringing veterans with injury issues along slowly is a bigger factor than Walker's knee at this point.
