The Facts:
The 6-foot-3, 215-pound Perry enters training camp as the club's No. 1 kickoff returner and one of the best tacklers in kick coverage on special teams. Meanwhile, he's due to play a bigger part in the offense when three and four wideouts spread the field. "Tab had a great spring," OC Bob Bratkowski said, "so I think we'll see more out of him at receiver."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Perry made some noise in limited action on offense as a rookie last year, catching an 8-yard touchdown pass at Baltimore and scoring on a 2-yard run against Buffalo. Still, Perry made a major impact on kickoffs, averaging 24.4 yards on 64 returns -- including 94-yarder against the Steelers. ... Perry is among a group that includes Kelley Washington and Antonio Chatman, who are waiting to see what troubled teammate Chris Henry's future is.
