Jackson opened camp on the PUP with what his agent characterized as a minor injury. With Deion Branch holding out, Troy Brown working on a somewhat limited basis and a couple of tight ends -- Ben Watson and Daniel Graham -- also working at slightly less than full speed, Tom Brady needs all the targets he can get. Jackson will benefit greatly from that fact.
