The Facts:
While his explosive burst has not returned just yet, McAllister has already shown some of the cuts and moves that made him such a dangerous and productive back from 2002 to 2005. But McAllister knows that the real test will come when he takes the first hard lick on the surgically-repaired knee during live tackling. That may not come until later this week or in a scrimmage on Saturday, and he's looking forward to it. "It's coming. You don't have to worry about that, it's coming," he said.

McAllister went on to say the knee has had a little swelling and soreness, but nothing he can't fight through. He'll be monitored closely throughout the camp and sit out an afternoon practice as needed during two-a-days. So far, McAllister has only missed one practice -- on Saturday afternoon and there have been no signs of setback.
