The Facts:
Davis, who has been sidelined because of a sore knee, was given permission to leave camp to go to Charlotte, N.C., to visit with his personal physician. "Our doctors got the results, and it's nothing new, so Domanick will have peace of mind," Gary Kubiak said. "He'll be back at camp tomorrow, and we'll see how he feels."

Those who haven't been following along should take a brief moment to review
Davis' Profile page here on the site. Of particular interest would be the ongoing series of News and Views items documenting his off-season long inability to recover from arthroscopic clean-up surgery performed on the knee last December. The pattern is worrisome at best. ... Antowain Smith, Vernand Morency and rookie Wali Lundy continue to get extra reps with Davis missing time.
