Woods will not become the newest Bronco after he failed a physical Wednesday afternoon. "He's had a hamstring (injury), so we'll see how that is, and if he is all right, he'll be out here practicing and competing," Mike Shanahan said Thursday morning, hours before the results of Woods' physical determined that he would not be joining the Broncos.

Instead, the newest Bronco will be running back Damien Nash. The former University of Missouri runner was waived Monday by the Tennessee Titans and was signed as a street free agent, having cleared the waiver process. Nash gained 32 rushing yards and 14 receiving yards last year for Tennessee, compiling those statistics in three games.
