According to a person with knowledge of the situation, the Jets have expressed interest in Brown, who has asked the Titans to trade him. The Titans haven't given permission to Brown, in the final year of his contract, to negotiate a new deal with another team to facilitate a trade. The Broncos, Dolphins and Rams also have expressed interest in Brown, according to the source.
