The Facts:
Owens finally returned to practice Wednesday after missing 14 consecutive practices with a sore left hamstring. Owens jumped in feet first, running with the first-team offense despite not practicing since Aug. 2. "Not bad, not bad -- not 100 percent," Owens said of his tender hamstring on the first day back.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
While Owens would be expected to practice the rest of the week, he said he wasn't sure if he would play against the Saints on Monday night. Still, it's hard to portray his return to work as anything but positive. According to observers, T.O. and Drew Bledsoe have a long way to go in terms of developing chemistry and timing. "We're still sort of like in a rehab phase," Owens said. "Obviously, I think Drew and I, we need to get in synch, get on a better page. ..." We're all for that.
