In response to the premature reports that questioned Price's motives for missing practice Sunday, the Bills wideout admitted he made an honest mistake. "I misread the schedule," said Price. "I was (looking at) last Sunday's schedule. I thought we just had meetings."

The Bills had a walk-through practice Sunday that began at 2:15 in the afternoon. Price didn't make it back on time and once he realized the oversight he spoke with Dick Jauron on the phone. ... Price also refuted the reports that he was perhaps disgruntled or unhappy because he has yet to make a reception through two pre-season games. "Even if I was mad or frustrated I would still come to practice," said Price. "I might voice my opinion to the powers that be, but I'm not going to miss practice."
