The Facts:
The Dolphins, desperate for backfield help in the wake of Sammy Morris' suspension, were awarded Suggs off waivers from the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, according to a league source.

For his career, Suggs carried 263 times for 1,048 yards and four touchdowns. His best season was 2004, when he rushed for 744 yards on 199 carries, and had 20 receptions for 178 yards. But Injuries have been a big problem. Suggs has missed 23 games due to injury combined the past three seasons. ... As Post staffer Greg A. Bedard noted, the Dolphins do have one more spot open on their 53-man roster, so it is likely they are not done finding help at running back.
