The Facts:
Owner Jerry Jones said Friday that not only is the club not planning on drafting a quarterback, it is not planning on signing one in free agency, either. The plan, according to Jones, is to re-sign 41-year-old Vinny Testaverde and see how rookie Drew Henson and second-year quarterback Tony Romo develop.

Jones' announcement all but guarantees Testaverde will be back in 2005 -- a development that can't possibly be viewed as a positive for Henson and Romo.
