The Facts:
A source close to Green told ESPN's Chris Mortensen that Green will likely miss at least the team's next two games due to a concussion. Although Green suffered "pretty severe head trauma," preliminary X-rays of his head and neck were negative. A CAT scan and MRI were both negative, but Green remains hospitalized. Green likely will be released on Tuesday.

Green will be listed as questionable this week at Denver and GM Carl Peterson says he anticipates Green will return this season but could not say when. Starting at Denver will be journeyman Damon Huard, who until Sunday had not completed a pass in the NFL since Dec. 24, 2000.
