The Facts:
The running back plan has been spelled out: Tatum Bell will start, Mike Bell rotates in and whoever has the hot hand will receive the bulk of the carries. That's how Mike Shanahan is going to treat Sunday's game against Kansas City. "I hope it's me that gets hot," Tatum Bell said with a grin. "I could go two series and Mike go one series, as long as I get that extra series. ..."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Tatum Bell feels like after two years of serving as a backup to the likes of Quentin Griffin, Reuben Droughns and Mike Anderson, he's finally earned the respect of the coaching staff. The promotion of Mike Bell to starter in camp was a test and he felt like he aced the exam. "I dealt with the adversity pretty good," Bell said. "I think they're trusting me now. ..." Hard to argue.
