The Facts:
Rogers -- the No. 2 overall pick in the 2003 NFL draft -- was among four free-agent players who had workouts Tuesday at Dolphins headquarters. The Dolphins also entertained wide receiver Craphonso Thorpe, who last played for the Chiefs.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Rogers spent four tumultuous years with Detroit before being released just before the start of the 2006 regular season. Rogers missed almost two entire seasons because of two separate collarbone injuries and then caught only 14 passes for 197 yards in 2005. While in high school, Rogers was being recruited by then-Michigan State (and now Dolphins) head coach Nick Saban.
