The Facts:
Porter, who was inactive Monday night, was reportedly seen laughing and pumping his fist on the sidelines when teammate Aaron Brooks was sacked for the seventh time. However, Porter said he was pumping his fist for other reasons. "The San Francisco Chronicle report was not true," Porter told ESPN. "I wasn't even paying attention to the game."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Porter went on to explain the fist-pumping was in response to some fans that were talking to him while he sat on the sidelines. ... For what it's worth NFL Network insider Adam Schefter reports that Porter called NFLPA president Troy Vincent to ask if he had to show up for the game; Vincent said he did. Apparently, Vincent forgot to tell him to behave.
