The Facts:
Williams sat out practice Thursday because of back spasms, however the Bucs expect the second-year running back to play this week against the Atlanta Falcons. "It's not an uncommon occurrence. We hope with the day off he'll be ready" to practice Friday, Jon Gruden said.

Williams, who has been added to the team's injury report as probable, was slowed by the same problem in last Sunday's 27-0 loss to Baltimore, when he was limited to 22 yards rushing on eight carries.
