The Facts:
The Seahawks will not activate Branch until next week. They had until 1 p.m. PDT today to release a player and activate Branch, but that did not happen.  Reported by the Tacoma News Tribune

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to News Tribune staffer Mike Sando Mike Holmgren wasn't willing to sit down another player, possibly another receiver (most likely D.J. Hackett), because Branch hasn't had time to learn the system. ... Now they have another week to get Branch up to speed.
