ESPN's Ed Werder, reporting live from Cowboys Stadium, advised ESPNews viewers moments ago that Vanderjagt will handle the team's field-goal and PAT duties in tonight's game against the Redskins.

Vanderjagt was held out of last week's pre-season opener against the Jaguars after an offseason in which he was bothered by a strained groin and -- according to some observers -- a lack of confidence. He apparently showed Bill Parcells enough this week to get the nod. Shaun Suisham, however, is still expected to handle kickoffs tonight.
