Westbrook was back on the practice field Friday and is expected to play in Sunday's game against the 49ers. "He felt pretty good coming off the field today," Andy Reid said. "We've been a bit cautious with him."

Sounds positive. Given the return to practice -- and after watching him run hard in last week's loss to the Giants despite the injury -- it seems safe to assume Westbrook is a worthy play against the 49ers this week. We'll continue to watch for more, however, and update as necessary.
