The Eagles have declared WR Donte' Stallworth inactive for today's game against the 49ers; San Francisco will be without FB Chris Hetherington, TE Delanie Walker and WR Taylor Jacobs.  Reported by PhiladelphiaEagles.com

Although Andy Reid downplayed the injury on Friday, Stallworth is inactive because of a hamstring spasm he suffered in practice. Rookie Hank Baskett starts for Stallworth. Brian Westbrook (knee); Reggie Brown (hamstring) and L.J. Smith (shoulder) are all starting starting as usual. The 49ers have no lineup changes of interest.
