Dillon did not return to tonight's loss to the Broncos after suffering an arm injury in the second quarter. Reported by the Boston Globe

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The veteran halfback finished the night with just 16 yards on five carries. If you'll recall, Dillon appeared to hurt his shoulder late in the team's Week 2 win over the Jets last Sunday. But he never appeared on the injury report and was able to practice all week. Still, this could be the same issue. Stay tuned. We'll make an effort to get you more details in coming days.
