The Facts:
Injuries were a way of life for Dillon two of the last three seasons. Last night made it three of four. Dillon left in the first half of the Pats’ 17-7 loss to the Broncos with an arm injury and didn’t return. He is currently day-to-day.

Dillon was limited to 12 games last year -- also with an ankle injury -- and rushed for just 733 yards, only the second time in his career he failed to reach 1,000. The other time came in 2003, his final season with Cincinnati, when he appeared in 13 games and rushed for only 541 yards. With Dillon out, rookie Laurence Maroney had a chance to be the featured back. He carried 12 times for 18 yards and did most of his damage in the passing game, recording five receptions for 61 yards.
