Droughns, who was inactive for Cleveland's game against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 3 with a shoulder injury, said he will play in Oakland. "This Sunday, you can count me in," Droughns told reporters. "The strength wasn't in my arm, and all it would've [taken] was for somebody to rip the ball out to [injure it further]."
