Droughns, who was inactive for Cleveland's game against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 3 with a shoulder injury, said he will play in Oakland. "This Sunday, you can count me in," Droughns told reporters. "The strength wasn't in my arm, and all it would've [taken] was for somebody to rip the ball out to [injure it further]."

Droughns hurt his right shoulder in a Week 2 loss to Cincinnati and was limited during practice last week. Second-year veteran Jason Wright started for Droughns and gained just 31 yards on 15 carries in Cleveland's 15-14 loss to Baltimore.
