The Facts:
Bill Parcells hasn't decided whether Terrell Owens will play Sunday, but the Cowboys receiver will be in Tennessee. Owens practiced for the second straight day Friday, his first workouts since breaking his right hand Sept. 17. The injury didn't appear to bother him during the 15 minutes of practice open to the media.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Although Owens has done everything he's been asked to do in practice, Parcells said Friday he still would have "to make some game-time decisions about who will participate" in Sunday's game against the Titans. Owens refused to say if he'd play, reminding reporters surrounding his locker that he talks on Wednesdays. There was only a small bandage over the scar on his still-swollen hand. "No, it's gone down a lot," Owens said of the swelling. ... Stay tuned. More to come -- certainly on Sunday.
