The Facts:
Givens had a pin removed from his left thumb Monday, and Jeff Fisher said he could play against Houston on Sunday. "It will be a situation where he'll have to go out and experiment," Fisher said. "We're going to have to protect it. If he's able to catch and handle the ball, he'll be probably a game-time decision but he's certainly a lot closer now."

Givens broke his thumb and tore a ligament against Dallas on Oct. 1 but finished the game. The Titans could use Givens back. Receiver Roydell Williams will be out for a while after breaking a finger himself against Washington on Oct. 15.
