According to a source, Romo will be the starter when the Cowboys play the Panthers on Sunday night in Charlotte, N.C. It would be his first NFL start. Reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram

The source told Star-Telegram staffer Mac Engel Romo will be with the first-team offense when practice begins today. Engel added that owner Jerry Jones says he'd feel more comfortable with Drew Bledsoe as the starter, but Bill Parcells apparently prefers Romo. Stay tuned. ...
