David Garrard expects to be the starting quarterback when the Jaguars host the Tennessee Titans this Sunday at Alltel Stadium. "I took all of the snaps. I'm assuming that means I'm going to start," Garrard told reporters after practice on Thursday. Reported by Jaguars.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Garrard replaced Byron Leftwich as the Jaguars' starter in Philadelphia last Sunday and delivered a 13-6 win. Leftwich is nursing a sprained left ankle and was listed as "probable" on the Jaguars injury report when it was released on Wednesday. He was downgraded to "questionable" on Thursday and did not participate in practice. ... While it isn't official yet, we're looking for Garrard to start at this point.
