The Facts:
Burress said he will play on Sunday. If so, that's good news for the Giants because their entire offense changes when he's not on the field. Instead of having to double-cover (or "bracket") Burress, defenses can focus their attention elsewhere -- such as on the Giants' running game.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Burress admitted he would have played through his back spasms if the Giants were facing a different team yesterday -- a team like, oh, maybe the Bears, who come to Giants Stadium on Sunday. "Oh, I probably would have," Burress said when asked if he would have played if the Bears were in town. Burress said his latest ailment is not related to the one that limited at Seattle in Week 3. "This is just local on my left side," Burress said. "When I had it last time, it was my whole back. I could barely move."
