The Facts:
Two weeks ago Alexander told FOXSports that as long this past Monday's x-rays showed the crack in his foot had healed he would start Monday night. Mike Holmgren was even more optimistic, pretty sure that the pics would show that he was healthy and ready to roll. But according to sources, last week's tests showed that Alexander's crack had not only NOT healed, it wasn't even healing the way the team had expected it to.

According to FOXSports insider Jay Glazer, Alexander is is slated to take another x-ray either Monday or Tuesday to see if the foot had healed more and if he could return to practice. Glazer went on to suggest the team has no idea when exactly he'll be fully cleared to practice. Could be Monday or Tuesday, could be a week, could be two weeks, could be more. Whenever the pictures show the crack has completely healed, he'll be able to return. ... Stay tuned.
