The Facts:
Jack Del Rio hinted Monday that Leftwich could miss significant time. "[Leftwich] is about 85-90 percent and is probably not going to get better than that until he has a long time off. In my opinion, he's about as good as he's going to get," said Del Rio, who talked about the probable need for offseason clean-up surgery on Leftwich's left ankle.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
With David Garrard playing well -- and the Jaguars playing better with him under center than they were with Leftwich starting -- Del Rio is in no hurry to go back to the former first-round pick. We believe Leftwich's ankle would improve greatly if Garrard struggled at some point but there's no guarantee that will happen.
