Jack Del Rio told reporters Monday that Garrard is likely to be the Jaguars' starting quarterback on Sunday against the Houston Texans.

Garrard has now led the Jags to two wins -- including a 3-TD effort in Sunday's win over the Titans. "David is in a rhythm," Del Rio added. "I think he's an improving player right now. I'm more comfortable with his decision-making right now and that makes me more comfortable to stick with it. ..." We've said it before and we'll say it again now: Leftwich's ankle will continue to be the reason he doesn't play -- until the minute Garrard struggles (and there's no guarantee he will).
