Mike Holmgren confirmed this afternoon the Seahawks expect to be without Alexander against the Rams on Sunday.

The coach told reporters he thinks Alexander might do some running on the field later in the week. As News Tribune staffer Mike Sando notes, this is becoming routine. Alexander's broken left foot is healing, Holmgren said, but he has not been cleared at this time.
