The Panthers have declared RB Eric Shelton inactive for tonight's game; the Buccaneers will be without WR Mark Jones.

In other words, it will be all hands on deck for both teams -- offensively speaking. The Buc, however, will be without three defensive starters -- LB Shelton Quarles, DT Ellis Wyms and DE Simeon Rice. Rice (shoulder), Quarles (knee) and Wyms (ankle) had been listed as questionable on the injury report but didn't make the trip to Charlotte on Sunday.
