The Facts:
Horn said Monday that he could have played in Pittsburgh if Sean Payton had let him, but he did not necessarily disagree with the coach's decision to sit him out. "I was ready to play, man," said Horn, who has missed the past two games since pulling a groin. "I've played 60 percent before and was effective. I've played 45 percent and was effective before. But it wasn't in the best interest of the guy who was 100 percent. It was a good decision that the coach made to have me not play."

Horn said he still is not 100 percent healthy -- and declined to estimate how healthy he is, but still expects to return this week. "I'm optimistic," Horn said. ... We'll leave it at that for now and advise you to watch for more on Horn as the week progresses.
