The Redskins have not yet officially placed Portis on injured reserve, but three league sources told ESPN.com insider Len Pasquarelli on Tuesday night that the season-ending move is imminent. The Washington Post is reporting the same. Portis will be replaced in the starting lineup by five-year veteran Ladell Betts, one of the NFL's top No. 2 tailbacks.
