Asked if the short turnaround time due to this week's Thursday kickoff might be an issue, the coach admitted that was indeed the case. Asked specifically if the short week would make it hard for Jones to recover in time to play, Marinelli replied: "That could be. ..." Stay tuned. We should get a better feel for that during Marinelli's regularly-scheduled Monday press conference.
