The Facts:
Bryant was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of drunken driving, resisting arrest and speeding after he was pulled over for driving more than 100 mph on Highway 101 and then became "belligerent," police said.

In fact, Bryant "became combative," San Mateo City police Capt. Kevin Raffaelli said, and refused to get into the police car. "He ultimately had to be restrained and placed in the car ... He was pretty verbally abusive and derogatory," Raffaelli said, adding that the entire exchange was captured on audiotape. ... That should be interesting. ... Bryant was booked into early Monday and was released four hours later. The Niners have yet to comment. More when they do.
