Garcia took over last Sunday in the second quarter of the Eagles' loss to Tennessee when Donovan McNabb suffered a torn ACL in his right knee. Garcia shook off the rust to complete 26-of-48 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown. "I thought he was the best one for the job right now," Reid said. "He has great experience in this league and he knows the system. ..." A.J. Feeley was Reid's other option.
