“I see Jon as our starter for next year,” Marinelli said at his Monday news conference. “He’s a heck of a quarterback. It wasn’t his best game yesterday, but it’s an entire unit, the way I look at it.” Kitna committed four turnovers Sunday – three interceptions and a fumble – in the Lions’ 28-21 loss at New England. The Lions are 2-10, tied with Oakland for the worst record in the NFL.
