The Facts:
McGahee sat out the second quarter of the Bills' game against the Jets with an undisclosed illness. He spent most of the quarter on the end of Buffalo's bench with his jersey and pads off and a big, blue Bills jacket draped over him before returning in the second half.

McGahee has battled injuries recently, missing two games with broken ribs and sitting out two days of practice earlier this week with a left ankle injury. Despite the missed time, McGahee returned to action in still came through 125 and a touchdown on 16 carries.
