The Facts:
Campbell, a restricted free agent who started three games last season, was arrested on Thursday near the Georgia Dome. He was charged with possession of marijuana and theft by receiving stolen property involving a handgun. "Obviously, we are disappointed that this incident did occur," head coach Mike Tice said. "We have no other comment until the legal system does its part."

While it's not clear which Viking receiver is ready to cover for the
loss of Randy Moss on the field, Campbell, who was also arrested on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge in 1999 (charges were later dropped), appears to be willing to step up and handle a controversial off-field role.
