The Raiders have declared WR Randy Moss, WR Jerry Porter, TE James Adkisson and RB LaMont Jordan inactive for tonight's game. Aaron Brooks has been designated the No. 3 -- or emergency -- QB; the Chiefs will be without RB Michael Bennett.
