The Facts:
Apparently Brad Childress isn't interested in mending his troubled relationship with Robinson. The receiver said Sunday afternoon that he was informed by Rick Spielman, the Vikings VP of player personnel, that he was going to be released. "I'm not surprised," Robinson said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Robinson insisted in a candid interview with the Pioneer Press Friday that he was healthy enough to play against the Jets, Dec. 17. He also vented about the lack of attempts to the end zone this season, an area in which he excels. Still, Robinson also made clear that he hoped to work out his differences with Childress. No need now. ... Robinson could draw interest from a handful of playoff teams that could use an upgrade or some depth at receiver.
