A local television station first reported that Millen will definitely return for a seventh season to lead the Lions, who have lost 10 or more games for all six seasons Millen has been in charge. The Lions finished the 2006 season with a 3-13 record and will have the second overall pick in the April NFL draft. Millen still has four years remaining on a five-year contract extension he was given last season.
